By downloading or using Block Paradise ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the app store's terms.
2. Acceptable use
Do not cheat, exploit, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or other players' data; do not use the app unlawfully. User-created content (e.g. custom skins, display names) must not be unlawful, infringing, or abusive; we may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Virtual items & purchases
The app may offer in-app purchases and virtual items (e.g. coins, cosmetics, a season pass). Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and are licensed — not sold — to you for use within the app. Purchases are processed by the platform store and are subject to that store's refund policy. Advertising is rewarded-only — you are never forced to watch an ad.
4. Availability & changes
We may update, change, or discontinue the app or any feature (including limited-time events) at any time. We may revise these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
